♥ Payment Details
1. Payment can be made via ibanking or ATM transfers to Dressabelle's POSB/DBS or UOB accounts. The only difference is that for ibanking, you only need to provide us with you ibanking nick, and for ATM transfers, you will need to send us a photo of your receipt! It's that simple! :D
2. We go by a First-to-Pay policy. This means that even if you have received an invoice from us, it is the lady who makes payment first who will get the last piece of the item.
3. We have a 24-hour payment policy. Please make your payment within 24 hours of receiving our invoice!
4. Dead buyers who go missing after placing their orders will be blacklisted. We appreciate it if you let us know that you’ve changed your mind asap!
5. Prices are fixed, so PLEASE do not haggle with us!

1. Please add an additional $2.24 if you wish to upgrade to registered postage.
2. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if you opt for regular postage instead of registered postage.
3. Please give us up to 5 working days for items to be sent out.
4. We prefer not do meet ups as we deal with a large number of orders! Please suggest to do meet ups only if there is no other way for us to get the item to you!
5. Exchange policy is only strictly for faulty items, and we will do a one-for-one exchange. Only when we have ran out of the item will we allow exchanges for a different item of similar or lower value. You can also exchange it to an item of higher value, provided that you are willing to do a top-up.
